Aberdeenshire Pupils Celebrate Remarkable Exam Achievements

It was a day of triumph for students across Aberdeenshire as they received their exam results, reflecting their hard work and dedication. This year's results revealed that 93 pupils attained five straight A passes at Higher level in S5, while 82 students earned more than three Advanced Higher Awards in S6. The data further indicated that 1,682 pupils from S4 secured five qualifications at the National Five level, and 799 students completed a full Foundation Apprenticeship (FA) qualification, marking significant milestones in their educational journeys.

Foundation Apprenticeships on the Rise

The success of Foundation Apprenticeships has been particularly noteworthy this year, with Aberdeenshire ranking as Scotland's leading provider. The completion rate for these apprenticeships reached an all-time high, boasting an impressive overall pass rate of 87 percent.
