On May 16th, the city of Exeter will host a vibrant Feel Good Festival, aiming to uplift the community through engaging activities and wellness opportunities. Taking place at the Wonford Community and Learning Centre and Wonford Playing Fields between 11 AM and 2 PM, the event promises a delightful experience for attendees of all ages.

The festival is organized by the community group Wonford Health Matters in partnership with the Wonford Community and Learning Centre. Recently awarded a £900 grant from the Exeter City Council, the festival emphasizes health and wellbeing, providing free activities to foster community connections and promote positive lifestyles.

Attendees can look forward to a variety of free activities, including guided walks, exercise classes, and complimentary therapy sessions. The festival will feature fun elements like face painting, a bouncy castle, and football sessions with the City Community Trust, creating a joyful atmosphere for families and individuals alike.

Organizers emphasize the five ways to wellbeing: connect, keep active, learn/create, give, and take notice.
