In a wave of positivity and community spirit, Bustler has celebrated the grand opening of its new food court, strategically located between Sadler Gate and St James's Street. A New Chapter for Local Businesses

The recent move from the previous Chocolate Factory site has culminated in a courtyard that connects two bustling streets, making it an enticing location for the new Bustler. With an impressive setup constructed from shipping containers, the food court boasts two floors and can accommodate over 100 visitors—setting the stage for lively lunch breaks and social gatherings.

Thriving Local Ventures

Among the delightful offerings is Dollies, an American-style cookie shop owned by Neelam Atique and her husband, Hassan Abubaker. Neelam shares her excitement: "This is actually our first physical permanent site, so it's really exciting to see things finally take shape." Their big, delicious cookies with unique fillings are poised to be a hit, reflecting a strong bond with the Bustler community.

Delivering Essential Flavors

Additionally, El Capo’s pizza, led by local entrepreneur Ben Trivett, has also set up shop in the new food court. He describes the venue as "everything Derby needs," expressing pride in contributing to the local independent business landscape.
