Exciting Growth at Baltic Creative CIC: A Hub for New Businesses

Baltic Creative CIC is experiencing a wave of positive developments as it welcomes a host of new tenants, signifying a vibrant atmosphere for innovation and creativity. Among the newcomers are notable brands such as Helta Skelta, a creative media studio, Craft’d London, a men’s jewellery brand, and Skyhook Games Studio, a games developer that has taken up two suites at Digital House.

Expansion of Existing Tenants

Not only are new businesses setting up shop, but several existing tenants are also flourishing and expanding their operations. Modern Sky, a company in the music and entertainment sector, has increased its presence within the campus, while Binary, known for its music events, has made a strategic move to a larger studio location on Jordan Street. This continued growth showcases the thriving business ecosystem at Baltic Creative CIC.

Impressive Growth of E-commerce

One remarkable success story is Rebo UK, a rapidly growing e-commerce business that has significantly increased its footprint by relocating from 729 square feet in Digital House to an impressive 1,765 square feet in New Bird Street. This move highlights the increasing demand for space as businesses expand and innovate.

Supporting Future Ventures

In line with its growth, Baltic Creative CIC is looking to recruit for three key roles: Head of Communications & Partnerships, Head of Property, and a part-time Office Administrator. Lynn Haime, the Chief Executive Officer, emphasized the importance of supporting both new and existing tenants as they evolve. She noted, “We’re seeing new businesses choose Baltic Creative CIC, while existing tenants continue to grow and move through our buildings as they develop.”

This comprehensive approach to nurturing businesses—from early-stage enterprises to established teams—exemplifies the commitment of Baltic Creative CIC to fostering a vibrant community. As more companies seek to expand their operations, the recruitment for these roles is essential to ensure that the infrastructure and support systems are in place to accommodate their needs.
