In a major boost for railway passengers in India, the Railway Board has greenlit the operation of a new weekly Amrit Bharat Express train between Delhi and Gorakhpur, along with a new MEMU train service connecting Delhi to Faridabad. Details of the New Services
The Amrit Bharat Express train, designated as Train No. 14046, is set to depart from Delhi at 12:40 AM on Tuesdays, reaching Gorakhpur by 3:50 PM the same day. Similarly, Train No. 14045 will make the return journey from Gorakhpur to Delhi, leaving at 9:40 PM on Tuesdays and arriving in Delhi at 12:50 PM on Wednesdays. Although the start dates for these services have not yet been confirmed, announcements are expected soon.

These new services will halt at several vital stations along the route, including Ghaziabad, Moradabad, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur City, Gonda, Balrampur, Siddharthnagar, and Anand Nagar.
