The hotel has welcomed Megan Hanson as its new Hotel Manager, whose impressive track record spans over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Previously holding a senior operations role at the prestigious Knowsley Hall Estate, Megan brings a wealth of experience in overseeing luxury weddings and high-profile events.

Megan, a trained sommelier, aims to elevate the guest experience and introduce a fresh perspective to the hotel’s food and beverage offerings. As part of a substantial £250,000 refurbishment program set to be completed by Spring 2026, many of the hotel’s 16 ensuite bedrooms have already undergone transformative updates. Moreover, the hotel is enhancing its public areas and event spaces, including a revitalized restaurant and bar that will soon be open seven days a week.

To further accommodate guests, the venue features a self-contained garden coach house, perfect for small groups, and a newly refurbished event suite capable of hosting up to 120 seated guests or 200 for receptions.
