This spring, Lympstone residents are in for a treat as a touring theatre show promises to bring sparkle and nostalgia to the community. "All For Your Delight," a new production by Farnham Maltings, will grace various venues across Devon, making a stop in Lympstone this March.

A Celebration of Performance

Described as a feel-good experience, "All For Your Delight" combines music, comedy, magic, roller-skating, and old-fashioned variety acts. With performances scheduled in Lympstone and Lustleigh, this production aims to create an engaging atmosphere that resonates deeply with the audience. Director Katy Potter emphasizes the centrality of theatre in community life, stating, "We believe theatre belongs at the heart of community life."

A Unique Variety Show

The show follows the journey of three vibrant characters, Danny, Jojo, and Yaz, who don their colourful Brightcoats to take their variety show on the road. As they prepare for a summer season at holiday parks, they are set to delight audiences in village halls, cricket pavilions, and community spaces along the way. Written by Alex Kanefsky, the show also features original music by two-time Olivier Award-winning composer and lyricist Darren Clark.
