Dr. Pradeep, currently a Senior Transplant Coordinator at King’s College Hospital and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Salford, co-founded the Upahaar initiative. Through Upahaar, over 10,000 stem-cell donors have been registered, significantly increasing the chances for many patients in desperate need of transplants.
