Historic Cottage Restoration Project Receives Major Funding Boost!

Pembrokeshire County Council’s Museum Service has announced an exciting development that is set to preserve an important piece of Welsh heritage. They have successfully secured a £20,000 grant from the Pilgrim Trust aimed at undertaking essential conservation and building repairs to Penrhos Cottage, a storied landmark in Pembrokeshire.

Reviving Welsh Cultural Heritage

Penrhos Cottage, situated near Llanycefn in Maenclochog, holds the distinction of being Pembrokeshire’s last surviving tŷ unnos, or overnight cottage.
