The Pie Factory Music, a nonprofit organization, has been a vital part of the Ramsgate community for the past 13 years, providing a safe haven for young people aged 8 to 25.

Thanks to the assistance of over $500,000 from this fund, Pie Factory Music was able to purchase the freehold title to the land, securing a lasting foundation for its important work. “The board is making a clear statement: we are committed to providing safe, positive spaces for the next generations to thrive,” stated Brian Horton, interim chair of the Ramsgate Neighborhood Board.
