In a remarkable display of community support and initiative, the Moray Pathways Local Employability Partnership has provided employability assistance to almost 1,000 individuals throughout Moray during the 2025/26 period. According to the Annual Report from Moray Pathways, a total of 985 participants engaged in various funded services, with an impressive 851 individuals achieving positive outcomes in the realms of employment, education, volunteering, skills development, and work-related training. The program operates with robust financial backing, comprising £2.16 million from the Scottish Government, Moray Council, and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Cllr Marc Macrae, Chair of the Economic Development and Infrastructure Services Committee, highlighted the significance of these collaborative efforts, stating, “This report demonstrates the real difference that partnership working is making for people across Moray. Through Moray Pathways, nearly 1,000 residents have received support to develop skills, build confidence, and move towards sustainable employment.”
