Catherine Hahn, a 71-year-old resident of Winchester, is making waves in her community by dedicating her time to educating over 30,000 children about pet welfare and responsible pet ownership. Her tireless efforts are being acknowledged during Volunteers’ Week, highlighting the vital role she plays in the veterinary charity PDSA.

A Decade of Commitment

Having volunteered with PDSA since 2014, Catherine's journey began after a chance encounter at a charity event at Highclere Castle. As a retired veterinary nurse and lifelong animal lover, her transition into various roles within the organization eventually led her to become an integral part of PDSA's education team.
