The POLIMI Graduate School of Management has made remarkable strides in enhancing its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, as detailed in its recently released 2025 Impact Report. The report highlights several initiatives that have established the school as a leader in integrating positive impact into management education.

Unprecedented Achievements in Social Impact

In the past year, POLIMI GSoM has surpassed its goals outlined in the Positive Impact through Education Plan (PIE PLAN). The school trained over 11,300 individuals in sustainability and innovation, and reached a staggering 1.3 million people through awareness initiatives. In 2025 alone, it mobilized more than €3.4 million for impact-driven projects, demonstrating an unwavering dedication to generating positive change in society.

Recognition and Certifications

The school's effective strategies and achievements have not gone unnoticed. POLIMI GSoM received its B Corp recertification in 2026, achieving an impressive B Impact Score of 123.3 out of 200, a significant increase from 92.7 in 2020. This recognition places the institution as a benchmark for management education worldwide, particularly in terms of sustainability and shared value creation.

A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

In addition to its educational advancements, POLIMI GSoM has also prioritized diversity and inclusion within its workforce. By the end of 2025, 75% of its employees were women, with women holding 67% of management positions.
