Linda Burgess, the operations manager, emphasizes the need for such a facility, stating, “The feral cat issue in Panama City Beach has been an ongoing issue for years, so we really thought the public needs a place where they can go learn about cat care.” This initiative not only aids in finding homes for the cats but also offers an educational experience for visitors.

Every dollar earned at the cafe is reinvested into initiatives aimed at helping more cats find loving homes. The cafe is open Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with plans for a grand opening on May 9. Additionally, they are actively looking for volunteers who can help support this noble cause.
