Previously managed by the village Post Office, the volume of mail led to the establishment of the Lover Community Trust, which has since orchestrated the dispatch of over 10,000 love letters. Each year, volunteers prepare the cards, and their efforts extend to running the Darling Cafe, which serves refreshments to visitors.
