Owners Jeff Dinnebeil and Megan Lingsweiler recognized that their team of cooks, servers, and hosts are essential to the success of their business, dubbing them the “lifeblood” of The Standard.

Andrew Jackson, one of the cooks, expressed the sentiment felt by many when he remarked, “Everybody went on there as employees, and when we left and went back home, everybody was like family.”
