In an encouraging development for the healthcare landscape in North Wales, the Welsh Government has announced a significant £33 million investment for the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Rhyl. Expanding Services and Improving Accessibility
In addition to the minor injuries unit, the new hospital will boast a 14-bed "ready-to-go-home" reablement unit, promoting a smoother transition for patients post-treatment. Also, advancements in radiology services and the introduction of four new dental suites will enhance access to NHS dentistry, supplying essential training opportunities for dental nurses and improving community health standards.
