Ona day filled with yoga, sound baths, and a healthy feast, participants were encouraged to leave their shoes at the door, symbolizing a step into a serene space designed for mindfulness.

Combining Design with Wellness

Sidra's journey began during the pandemic when she sought tranquility through interior design while caring for her young children. Frustration with standard wellness spaces, often characterized by harsh lighting or chaotic settings, drove her to merge her design expertise and passion for well-being.
