The Role of Job Fulfillment

Happiness appears to correlate closely with feelings of job fulfillment. Nearly three-quarters (72%) of respondents reported finding their job engaging or fulfilling most of the time. Interestingly, those who frequently experience happiness—indicating they feel happy 20 days or more each month—are also more likely to report feeling valued and listened to by their employers.
