Worcestershire Inclusive Choir Celebrates Music and Togetherness at Creative Arts Festival

Today marks a significant event as the Worcestershire Inclusive Choir takes the stage at the Worcestershire Creative Arts Festival (WCAF). This inspiring group is dedicated to highlighting the transformative power of music, particularly in fostering an inclusive environment.

The choir, operated by Severn Arts in partnership with Soundabout, serves as a welcoming space for young people with disabilities, aged 25 and under, across the county. Co-leader Gareth Hughes emphasizes the profound impact of such a platform, stating, "I think it's the most beautiful thing that we can do is to give people the chance to either sing or use a sound that they feel comfortable with, whatever the instrument."
